FEATURED_OPERATIONS
justifIK
PROBLEM: Turning calendar appointments into tax-compliant mileage expense reports meant rebuilding them by hand, every month.
RESULT: A SaaS that generates them automatically. Long-term ownership: feature work, full UI redesign, production reliability, and PostHog analytics that gave the team its first measured view of feature adoption.

justifIKLitière Tranquille
PROBLEM: On this Shopify store, subscription shipping fees drifted out of sync whenever a customer changed product, forcing manual billing corrections.
RESULT: An n8n workflow detects the change and updates the shipping cost automatically. No more manual corrections.

UFR Ingémédia
PROBLEM: The faculty site ran on WordPress, where publishing a programme or an admissions page meant working through a theme and its plugins.
RESULT: A full rebuild on Next.js and TypeScript, with the content moved to Strapi so the faculty staff publish programmes, admissions pages and student projects themselves, without touching the code.

UFR IngémédiaCoffre-Fort Impénétrable
PROBLEM: A keypad combination is only as secret as the fingers typing it — anyone watching learns the code.
RESULT: An STM32 safe opened by physically tilting the board through a secret sequence of gestures, read from MEMS accelerometer and gyroscope. The combination is reconfigurable and survives a power cut in EEPROM.

Confrontation Pixelisée
PROBLEM: Learning to structure a large C program from exercises alone leaves memory, state and rendering untested at scale.
RESULT: A turn-based card game running entirely in the terminal: 3 000 lines of C99 across 7 source files and 5 headers, rendered with raw ANSI escape codes.

Gantt → PERT
PROBLEM: Converting a Gantt chart into a PERT network and finding the critical path is done by hand, and redone entirely whenever one duration changes.
RESULT: A converter that imports the schedule from Excel or CSV, lays out the network automatically and computes the critical path, earliest and latest dates and every margin.

Impact Territoire
PROBLEM: Local branches fund community projects across a whole region, but a citizen has no way of seeing what has actually been done near them.
RESULT: A prototype built in nine hours by a team of seven: a zoomable canvas linking each funded project to the ones it echoes, over a regional map and a dashboard. I owned the entire front end and the deployment. First prize at ISEN’s Nuit du Code 2026, a 200-student hackathon set by Crédit Agricole Provence Côte d’Azur.
